Interwin reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account without providing specific reasons, subject to our obligations to return any Real Funds balance in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to withdrawable funds. Standard withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. VIP-tier members (Gold and above) may benefit from expedited same-day processing as a tier benefit. Interwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
The platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary account currency. No conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
All funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Interwin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
All bonuses awarded by interwin — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, referal bonuses, and VIP programme benefits — are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before any portion of the balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bonuses may carry restrictions on the eligible games that contribute to wagering rollover. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower weighting than slot games. Contribution percentages are specified individual bonus terms.
Interwin reserves the right to withold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winings in circumstances where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, or providing false information to qualify for a promotional offer.
Interwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted by Players in good faith.
All casino games available on the interwin platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, subject to independent third-party testing and certification to verify statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical return of each game and are not guarantee of returns for any individual Player over any session or defined period.
In the event of any technical malfunction that disrupts a game, Interwin reserves the right to void the affected bet round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Winings obtained as a direct result of a technical error, game malfunction, or software fault are void and will not be honoured.
